In Glorb.io, you control a wave that moves around the game map. The core mechanic is simple:

• Absorb smaller players: When you touch a player smaller than you, you absorb them and gain their mass

No, there's no time limit. You can survive as long as you avoid being absorbed. Games end when a larger player catches you. Your survival time is tracked in your stats if you're signed in.

Desktop/Laptop:

• Move your mouse cursor - your wave follows it
• The further your cursor is from your wave, the faster you move in that direction
• No clicking required - just move your mouse!

Mobile/Tablet:

• A virtual joystick appears on the bottom-right of the screen
• Drag the joystick in the direction you want to move
• The further you drag, the faster you move
• For best experience, use landscape orientation

Score (top-left): Your current mass/score

Room Top 10 (top-right): The 10 biggest players currently in your game room, ranked by size. You'll see your name highlighted if you're in the top 10.

Global Top 10 (main menu): The all-time highest scores across all players. These are permanent records.

Player size is visual - bigger waves on screen are actually bigger. If another wave appears larger than yours, avoid it! If it appears smaller, you can absorb it. With practice, you'll develop a good sense for size differences at a glance.

3. Phase 3 - Late Game (Large Size):
   • You're now slower but more powerful

   • Only flee from the very largest players

Room Top 10: Just get big! The 10 largest players in your current room are shown. This changes constantly as players grow and get eliminated.

Global Top 10: These are the all-time highest scores. To get here, you need to achieve one of the top 10 scores ever recorded. This requires excellent gameplay, some luck, and a long survival time. You must be signed in with Google for your score to count.
